Switchplace offers worldwide corporate housing and temporary housing with a guest-centered mentality. We want clients to feel secure that their staff and employees are given the quality housing they deserve. We want them to feel at home. For this reason, our temporary housing model involves partnering with clients to create a customized housing program, not simply “manage,” housing to budget and company minimum requirements.
We don’t maintain an inventory of properties to fill, so we don’t force your staff into locations they don’t want. Our inventory management model gives us greater flexibility to place your employees exactly where they want to be with the accommodations. We do our best to meet all of our client’s special requests wherever and whenever possible (within established housing policy parameters).
4-star quality is our baseline. We want customers’ guests to feel at home and love where they stay. We not only furnish our apartments with state-of-the-art appliances and amenities, we place employees in the most sought-after communities in their desired location.
Managing lease terms and on-going maintenance can be more complicated than many care to admit, which is exactly why Switchplace takes those complications out of its clients’ hands. We sign the lease, set up services like cable and internet, and make special arrangements that fit your schedule and needs. Guests should feel comfortable the minute they walk in so they can focus on their assignments and what they do best.
Our service team is award-winning, but we don’t rest on our accolades. We’ll handle last-minute schedule changes, maintenance requests and utility questions at any time. We want your employees to spend their time on work, family leisure and whatever life brings. A live person — not an automated machine — is always on standby to meet the needs of our guests.
