Job Title: Market Sales Manager

Job Description: 

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Market Sales Manager to take ownership of the Texas market and drive revenue growth for our corporate housing solutions. As a key member of our sales team, the Market Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our services across the region. 


Key Responsibilities:

Territory Ownership:

  • Take ownership of the Texas market, including major cities and surrounding areas, to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration. 
  • Identify key target segments within the market, such as corporations, relocation companies, and travel agencies, and develop strategies to reach them effectively.

    Business Development: 
  • Prospect and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking events, and industry referrals. 
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, actively nurturing relationships to drive sales conversions. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to leverage company resources and support in closing deals.

    Client Relationship Management: 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and service needs. 
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 
  • Actively seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience. 


Sales Strategy and Execution: 
  • Support sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed performance goals. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. 
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our corporate housing solutions. 



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). 
  • Some experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Corporate Housing or Hospitality space. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic sales environment. 
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. 
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and sales analytics tools is a plus. 
  • Must be based in Texas with a willingness to travel within the territory as needed.

Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth across our corporate housing portfolio. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to expand our client base, increase market share, and achieve sales targets nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the corporate housing industry. 



  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives for corporate housing services. 
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries, including corporate relocation firms, HR departments, travel management companies. 
  • Target list is Large to Enterprise level clients that have National demand. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop effective sales collateral, promotional materials, and pricing strategies to support sales efforts. 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth in the corporate housing market. 
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales projections, and provide regular reporting on sales performance to senior management. 
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements with clients to ensure profitable business relationships. 
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand and generate new business opportunities. 
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in all sales activities. 
  • Continuously assess and improve sales processes, tools, and techniques to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. 



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the corporate housing, hospitality, real estate, or related industry. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable sales plans. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. 
  • Strong integrity and professionalism with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
