Pre-booking
How much does a fully furnished apartment cost?
Rates are based on location, lease term and unit size. A team member will be able to provide an estimate based on your needs. On average the cost is usually 25% lower than a branded hotel for stays of 30+ nights.
Is there a minimum amount of time I can stay in a furnished apartment?
Indeed there is. We ask for a minimum stay of 30 days. But wait, we have partnerships in top urban markets that allow us to provide stays for less than 30 nights. To find out which markets, please reach out.
How do I reserve a fully furnished apartment?
Just call 972.692.0983 or send a request to sales@switchplace.com. Alternatively, you may choose to complete our booking request form.
Amenities & Benefits
How is a furnished apartment better than a hotel?
A furnished apartment offers the comforts of home: more space, full-size kitchens for healthier lifestyles, home offices, personal mailboxes, package lockers for mail retrieval, and in-unit washers/dryers in most locations.
What amenities are included in a furnished apartment?
Your extended-stay apartment will include deluxe furnishings, TVs, linens, kitchenware, iron, vacuum, high-speed Internet, cable and all utilities.
Is there a maid service available?
Upon request, we will provide a regularly scheduled maid service during your stay.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! Most of our properties are pet friendly. However, we do ask that you call or write to inquire further regarding any breed restrictions and pet fees.
Post-booking
How do I check in?
You’ll receive specific arrival instructions within 5 days prior to your move-in date.
How do I check out?
You’ll receive specific departure instructions 3 days prior to your check-out date.
What if I need to stay longer or leave earlier?
We’re more than happy to extend your stay if availability allows. Please contact us as soon as you know you may need an extension. If you need to leave early and have not yet fulfilled your lease obligation, you’ll be financially responsible for the remainder of the term — however, we will make every effort to re-rent the apartment to help alleviate some or all of your remaining costs.
