Driven by her unyielding commitment to excellence, she fashioned Switchplace as a compassionate, service-driven, customer-centric company that seeks out every opportunity to exceed expectations. Under her skillful leadership, Switchplace has grown into a successful, trusted, WBENC-certified woman-owned business, and continues to bloom with locations in the Americas and APAC regions. Ms. Gillespie is a proud Aggie holding a BS from Texas A&M University and a proud mother to three children.
