A CUrated Temporary Stay:

Traveling for a full-time position, internship program, or a temporary project that requires relocation can be exciting and fulfilling. Still, if done incorrectly, it can be draining and stressful and lead to burnout. With The Great Resignation upon us, employers need to provide a curated employee travel experience and seek the correct temporary housing partner that will assist with the logistics of relocating their team.

Employers can no longer do the minimum of just finding a place for their team to “sleep.” Although hotels/extended stay living can be an adequate option if your team needs accommodation for a few days, a furnished apartment is the way to go if your employee relocation requires a month or more. The living conditions you provide for your employees will either cause the employee to feel unappreciated and unwelcome or appreciated and thankful. Either sentiment will dictate how they perceive the company and if they continue to be a part of the team
