How much does a furnished apartment cost?
Rates are based on location, lease term, and unit size. A Switchplace representative will be able to provide a cost estimate based on your needs.

Is there a minimum amount of time I can stay in a furnished apartment?
Switchplace requires a minimum stay of 30 days.

What’s the difference between a furnished apartment and a hotel?
A furnished apartment offers all the comforts of having your own home without the hassle or price of a hotel. More space, full-size kitchens for a healthier lifestyle, home offices, personal mailboxes, package lockers for mail retrieval, and in-unit washers and dryers in most locations are a few of the benefits of leasing a furnished apartment.

What amenities are included in a furnished apartment?
Apartments include deluxe furnishings, TV’s, linens, kitchenware, iron, vacuum, high-speed internet, cable, and all utilities.

Is there a maid service available?
Upon request, Switchplace will provide a regularly scheduled maid service during your stay.

Do you allow pets?
Yes, most of the properties we offer do allow pets. Please inquire further for specific details related to breed restrictions and pet fees.
After Booking:

How do I check-in?
Arrival instructions will be provided prior to move-in.

How do I check-out?
Departure instructions will be provided prior to departure.

What if I need to stay longer or leave earlier?
We are happy to extend your stay if availability allows. Contact us as soon as you know you may require an extension. If you need to leave early and have not yet fulfilled your lease obligation, you will be financially responsible for the remainder of the term, however we will attempt to re-rent the apartment for you, thus alleviating some or all of the financial burden.
