Our rental assistance process is based on convenience for you and your transferee.

We contact your employee and determine specific housing needs.

We consult our vast network of apartment communities to find options that fit your transferee’s unique requirements.

Step 1

Within 24 hours of the request, we supply a list of options that meet the stated criteria, along with community profiles for your employee to review and consider.

Step 1

Based on your transferee’s feedback, we check availability/ specials and assist in scheduling visits to apartment homes of interest. We can also provide on-site contacts if transferee is unable to commit to a specific time.

Real Estate Assistance Program:

Switchplace also offers real estate assistance to transferees free of charge. We’ll connect each transferee with a real estate agent based on specific location, budget and housing needs.
